Masia helped us with the chipmunks that somehow got inside the house and stuck in the air ducts. He creatively set a suspended trap that got the job done. Also helped put wire mesh on the cold air return duct through which these chipmunks got inside. Masia was very responsive and communicated in a very friendly manner. After hearing noises in my attic I called in a panic on Sunday. He took my call on a Sunday came and set trap on Monday, Racoons caught by Tuesday. He even set up a camera which was genius so we could know exactly what’s going on up there. After he caught the racoons he patched the small hole they were using for easy access. I can’t thank them enough they couldn’t have done a better job. I’ve dealt with other pest control companies in the past and this was a far better experience and very reasonable price. I hope I never need this service again but if I do there’s no way I’ll call anyone else and I will recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

I am more than pleased with the prompt communication/service I received from Masia. He came to remove a skunk in my shed and also gave me some ideas on how to try to keep some animals from out of my other shed. Masia was awesome! I had a racoon mom and baby fall through the ceiling drywall in the upstairs. I was able to trap them in the bathroom on Tuesday night. I called him Wednesday at 8:30 AM and he was over to humanely remove them by 2:30 PM. Not only did he get mom and baby but he double checked the attic for anymore animals. He found one baby easily but then utilized infrared to find 2 more hidden babies in the smallest nook in the attic. Cannot give enough praise for his work and effort. Extremely reasonable rates and very knowledgeable about the situation. If you still aren't convinced check out his Facebook page, he has posted videos of animal removals and humane releases.
